From my personal research:  The Agilent/HP 435B Power Meter is an analog power meter, compatible with the entire series of HP 8480 Power Sensors.  Depending on which external sensor is used, the Agilent/ HP 435B can measure power from -65 dBm to +44 dBm, full scale, at frequencies from 100 kHz to 50 GHz.  This versatile instrument also features <1% instrumentation uncertainty, low noise and drift, auto-zero, recorder output, optional battery operation.Features-65 dBm to +44 dBm measurement rangeLow Noise and driftCompatible with entire series of 848x range Agilent/HP Power SensorsAccurate internal calibration source for long-term accuracyFrequency Range: 100 kHz to 110 GHzPower Range: -65 to +44 dBmInstrumentation Accuracy: ±1% Power Reference Output: 50 MHz/1MW I have no way of testing. No power cord comes with it.
