Gives an error upon boot up, "unable to respond to controls pressed."  LCD touch screens light up and buttons are there, but when pressed at no matter what location or which LCD panel, it always goes to doppler.  Also, soon after turning the unit on, a loud, low pitched beep will come out of the speakers for about 3 seconds.   Comes with S4, S8, and CW pencil probes.  Also includes foot switch, Sony UP-910 video graphic printer, and Panasonic AG-MO830 SVHS recorder. Willing to meet within reasonable area.
