Up for bids is a Huck 244OS riveter with Huck 99-3704 offset nose assembly. NSN 5130-01-515-3621. I bought two of these riveters and a bunch of other surplus items from a local man who was selling the remnants of a government surplus/salvage business. I don't know the history of this tool. I bought it to resell and I have never used it other than to see if it worked, which it did. It cycled smoothly without dragging and without any odd sounds or vibrations. It does not have any marks or signs of use on it except for one little nick on the very top which is shown in the photos. There is some light surface rust on the screw heads on the very bottom. That is about the extent of any blemishes. There are no engravings on it anywhere. It is spotlessly clean, not a bit of oil or dirt anywhere. No wear or soiling on the trigger or grip area. The paint on the bottom is scratch free. It looks new all over. I have not disassembled it and have not cleaned it other than wiping the dust off of it. It had a plastic orange plug in the air inlet but it is now missing This tool will be warranted against failure for 30 days from when you receive it. If it fails, has problems that I am unaware of, doesn't work as it should or if I have erred in my description , you can send it back to me for a full refund and I will reimburse you the return shipping costs. It can be returned for 14 days for any reason, no questions asked, for a full refund but the return shipping costs are yours. I try to give detailed descriptions of my items and also try to make them as risk free as possible to potential buyers. That is the way I like to buy and I figure other folks are the same way. We only sell good, usable items so we are confident that buyers will be happy with their purchased item. I apologize for the brief description here but due to the unknown history and my lack of experience with these, I find it hard to say much about it other than it looks like it is new.
