The sign is a "SOLD" that is over 12 feet long and the entire sign is over 5 feet tall. I have downsized my business from an office warehouse that was over 10,000sq/ft to a small office that has a separate warehouse. This sign would be perfect for any type of Real Estate, Auction, or Consignment business. The placards on the two attached can signs can be changed to say anything you want so it makes this sign very versatile for almost any business that does any type of resale. The letter S is a $ symbol and that says it all. The sign has a problem with one of the neon sections and I had a repair estimate of $260 to fix it. This sign was custom ordered and built for me back in 2007 and the price of the sign was just under $11,000 at that time. This sign could be picked up for free in Colorado Springs but you would need a large truck or trailer for transport. I can get quotes and arrange shipment for serious buyers. For size reference the height of the right corner of the building (as pictured) is 32 feet from the ground to the top of the roof.
