Unknown but it does have this number on it 40-ZE-453-20I I am not sure what taper this is, it does not appear to be morse taper, but it is very close to Brown & Sharpe taper. Over 2" of the Length of the taper it drops approx. .082"or maybe .083" in diameter, Brown and Sharpe is typically about .085" on the smaller B&S sizes, maybne the big ones are different? Otherwise it might be a Jarno Taper. Dimensions .......... The Large end of the shank taper measures approx. 4.750" the small end is approx. 4.400" The Length of the actual taper is approx. 8-7/16" Overall length is about 13" The large end of the holding / working end taper is approx. 2.508" Condition ............. Good used, the tip is worn a bit, does not come to a nice sharp point anymore. It seems to spin ok but not super smooth, it feels like the grease is just cold, I do not feels any sticky spots or grit, might just need some new grease. It weighs about 44 lbs.
