 Like a lot of military items, your wasting your time to try to find information about them. This is the largest hand hydraulic pump I've ever seen. I worked for a commercial electrical company for years. We had hand pumps but nothing compared to this thing. As you can see from the pics it actually has 3 different company names that could have possible made this pump. WM S. Pine...Fornaciari and Northrop Aircraft Inc. Fornaciari was most like the distributor and not the maker but their name is on the plate. I can't find a PSI or ton weight on the pump anywhere. It also has the name Jenny on the handle and other parts. Just like everything else our government is involved in, they make things very confusing. The pump doesn't have any or not enough fluid in it for me to test it properly. I don't have any attachments for a hand pump to fully test it anyway. As you can see in the one pic where I took the hand dial off, it's not dry on the inside and that's always a good sign. I've rebuilt several green lee's and enerpac hand pumps and about all that can go wrong with these things are the seals in the plunger housing. At least that was what was always wrong on the ones I fixed. The hose is stiff, it will move and I don't hear the inner parts cracking or crumbling and might only be where it's been rolled up for a while. I'll include it even tho, if it was me and I was going to use the pump, I'd put a new one on it, it's not fun when one of these is pressurized and it blows a hole in that line. If you need one heavy duty for the work you do, I'd say you would be hard pressed to find one any more heavy duty than this one. It's not light weight at 20 lbs. let me know if you have any questions. Check out my other tool listings from this estate sale.
