Huggins Infra scope Sensor 3-1C00-45 This unit appears to be a camera or remote sensor of some sort. There's a viewfinder eyepiece on the back and a lens on the front, and underneath is a number of screw holes for mounting on a stand. The cable ends in a male 9-pin connector with a rotating locking sleeve. How the unit was tested: Looking through the viewfinder gives a clear view. The casing is slightly dented and worn, and there's a small chip at the edge of the outermost layer of glass over the lens, but no apparent major damage.
