Up for sale is a used and well maintained late 1990's Huntair Fanwell Rooftop 55000 CFM Air Return Heating filtration Unit.  Part#-RAH-1-RH/1999826.  Was used as part of large clean room powered by 2 265 ton Carrier Chillers which are also available for sale. Specs-Includes a 44 inch fan, 1.9 TSP, Markel Electric Duct Heater 3HF116F, Filters inside, 480 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz, 139 amps.  Details-Sale is for one unit but 4 are available.  All units are located on a single story manufacturing building.  Removal, logistics, crating, trucking, shipping and all removal costs would be the customers responsibility.  Units are located in the Portland Oregon Area.  Units were in working order at time of move and were well maintained.  Unit has not been used in a few years.  Units more than likely will need a good going over.  Unit will be sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied.  Inspections are welcome.  Call with any questions at 8472175546.  See pictures for details.  All removal and shipping charges to be paid by customer.  Call if more than one unit is needed.  Quantity discounts are available
