CAN ALSO DROP OFF AT FREIGHT TERMINAL IN ORLANDO FLORIDA TO BE SHIPPED PER YOUR ARRANGEMENT Hurco KM3P CNC Mill - Mach3 Retrofit - Upgraded servo drives. 1988 - Very good mechanical condition. 24 x 15 x 5 travel. 3 HP Spindle. Under power and available for demo. Phase converter included to allow use on single phase power. I am running it in my garage at my house right now. Retrofitted to Mach 3 controls using PMDX and ESS cards. Uses Ethernet connection from PC to control hardware. None of the lag or missed steps from parallel port transfer. Only connection from PC to mill is one Ethernet cable. Has original DC Servos and Encoders, NOT Stepper motors. Servos are driven by new Granite Devices VSD-E Cards. The Granite Devices drives can be tuned and adjusted via software on the control (or any) PC. Servos are currently tuned for just over 300 ipm travel. Could be fine tuned for faster travel, but wasn't necessary for my needs. All wiring for retrofit was integrated into original chassis wiring as much as possible. All wiring in electrical control cabinet is original. I integrated the PMDX-126 breakout board and relay board with the original Hurco relay board for reliable control of all functions. Has pneumatic lubrication and spindle brake. Both are controlled through software.Will include many tool holders, collet holders, collets, and a few end mills. Control PC is included and has Mach3 software installed, updated, and upgraded to MachStd Mill screens as well as the license for the Mill Wizards. Also has Kipware Conversational software included. Loose E-Stop pictured will be routed and installed as well as the wiring tidied up a bit before the mill leaves here. I just haven't had a chance to finish up yet. Will include many tool holder, collets, and collet holders. Kurt Vise and 3 jaw chuck pictured NOT included. I also have the CNC 4th Axis Rotary originally on this mill that will be listed separately. Would make a package deal on both. I have not configured the 4th axis into the retrofit yet, but will include the necessary hardware.
