My great idea was to dig the outside of the foundation and then pull the 8 inch 8 ft high 40 ft long foundation into the excavated area. Unfortunately there were snead rocks encroaching. We had to cut it out by hand and drop it on the inside of the basement. I bought this for $1,800.00 and it was worth every penny. We got the 40ft wall down in 3 1/2 days with this saw. I do not have anymore use for it. It is electric because I couldn't run an internal combustible engine in an occupied home. It is water cooled. You cut then snap out a piece then cut again.. cuts right through! Shipping by the buyer or local pick up 64151
