HVC1500 AMERICAN MICROSEMICONDUCTOR HIGH VOLTAGE (15K OHMS) AVALANCHE SILICON RECTIFIERS, AXIAL MOUNT, NEW . I found these high power diodes about 30 years ago while cleaning out a scientific laboratory. They appeared never to have been used. I saved them thinking I might have some use for them. However, I never used them and they are now surplus to my needs. The diodes are in a black ceramic matrix. They measure 2 5/16" long by 5/16" diameter with 1 1/2" wire leads. The maximum voltage drop is 25 volts and the maximum DCMA is 75. They are rated at 55 degrees C. Such rectifier diodes have a variety of uses in various high power electronic circuits. I have four of these diodes and you may purchase as many as you wish. Package for one diode weighs 2 ounces. U.S. buyer pays shipping and handling cost for USPS First Class Mail of $2.50.
