MADE IN THE USA | 5 YEAR WARRANTY 8FT STAINLESS STEEL DIP TANK SPECIFICATIONS: Tank Specifications •The tank is constructed from 14GA 304 Stainless Steel (Brushed Finish) •Standard Equipment Dimensions: 96"L x 40"W x 36"D - 590 Gallon Capacity (You can dip larger items such as: ATV plastics, golf cart bodies, bumpers, side steps, RTV plastics, dashboards, etc.) •All joints are TIG welded, then ground and polished to a one piece seam. (No welds are visible.) There are no sharp corners on the tanks. All joint corners have a rounded radius. This adds to the structural integrity of the tank construction, and makes the inside walls of the tank much easier to clean. This also compliments the fabrication aesthetics and makes it much more visually appealing. The tank design has intricate bends, lips, and hat channels to reinforce the structural integrity of the tank. It will not bow or deflect once filled with all that volume of water. •There is a 2" lip on the top inside section of the tank. This is where the Film Guides sit on. The film guides are used to adjust a custom size dipping grid in order to hold your film in place when applying the activator. We supply (2) Vertical notched guides and (1) Horizontal guide. You can slide the vertical guides from left to right to adjust grid width, and you can place the horizontal guide in various notched positions to adjust grid height. •The tank sits on a Heavy Duty - 304 Stainless Steel Angle Frame with 6 Heavy Duty Swivel Casters with Brakes to lock it down in place. Casters are bolted on to Extended Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Plates. This design allows you to roll the tank around in order to place and move it where needed. •We can fabricate your tank in any desired dimensions for any custom applications. We have supplied tanks as large as 20FT. Control Panel Specifications: •NEMA Enclosure Control Panel (Gray Powder Coated Finish) •Standard Control Panel Dimensions: 14.25"H x 10.25"W •Standard Electrical Specifications: 220V / Single Phase / 40 Amps •Standard Control Panel design is mounted on the right hand side of the tank and angled at 45 degrees (facing the operator). The panel is mounted on a powder coated square tube post and is bolted on to a 304 Stainless Steel Mounting Plate where the pump sits. This mounting plate design allows easy access to the pump, fittings, hoses, and all other plumbing for ease of cleaning or maintenance. •The Standard Panel comes equipped with: Dial Temperature Controller, Dial Countdown Timer with Buzzer (90dB), Power Disconnect Switch (Mounted on Right Side of Panel), (3) Indicator Lights (Red Light for Main Power On/Off • Green Light for Heater On/Off • Green Light for Filtration Pump On/Off), (5) On/Off Selector Switches For - Heater, Filtration Pump, Agitator Pump, Timer, Add Water. •Add Water Feature is a brass Solenoid Valve that is mounted on the top lip of the right side of the tank where the control panel is. You can plumb your water line to this valve and use this feature to fill your tank to necessary water level whenever your water level decreases due to evaporation. •Panel will come with 6FT of SO Cord. Cord has 4 wires (2 Hot Lines, 1 Neutral Line, 1 Ground). You can hard wire the panel to your junction box or install a 4-Prong 220V Plug. (Be sure to comply with your local electrical code regulations.) •We can also install the panel on the left side for custom applications. We can powder coat or apply a hydrographics finish to your panel in any color or pattern you select. We can also install your selelction of any type of digital controls, LED lights, indicators, switches, etc. Heating System Specifications: •This Tank comes equipped with (1) 304 Stainless Steel Bayonet Heater. The heater is corner-flange mounted for ease of removal for maintenance and cleaning. These standard heaters are 240V, Single Phase, 3K Watts, Alkaline Resistant, Continuous Duty. The heaters are wired to a 304 Stainless Steel Thermocouple, which detects water temperature and is directly wired to the temperature controller on the control panel. The heaters will cycle on & off, sustaining your water temperature at the target temperature setting on the panel. •We can also install any type of heaters for any custom applications. We can install these styles and configurations of heaters: "Screw Plug" / Sidewall Mounted, "Bayonet" / Corner-Flange Mounted. We can also install heaters with any particular wattage and voltage specifications. Filtration System Specifications: •This Tank comes equipped with a 2-Stage "Spray Bar Style" Filtration System. The Standard Spray Bar is constructed from 304 Stainless Steel Pipe with pressure flow controlled jets. It is mounted on the inside of the tank with a u-bolt design. This way you can easily adjust the height of the spray bar. After you dip an item, the operator turns on the selector switch for the pump. This will activate the filtration system and spray high pressure water from the spray bar jets to skim your contaminated water over to the opposite end of the tank. That water will cascade into the filter housing, pass through the media filter, and trap any excess film particles. This will clear your dip area of any residual film or activator within 1 minute. The filtered water will then flow back to your pump through the return line, and pass through the 2nd Stage Y-Strainer filter that has a fine mesh 80 micron re-usable filter. And then the completely filtered water will pass back through the spray bar assembly. The Filter Housing is constructed out of 14GA 304 Stainless Steel. It has a Flange Mounted design with fasteners for easy removal for cleaning; and also to utilize the additional space in the tank if needed. The media filter is an aluminum-foam mesh particle filter that is re-usable. To clean, you simply pry it out, backflow rinse wash, and place it back into the frame in the filter housing. •We can also install the spray bar externally for custom applications. With this design, the spray bar is fixed-mounted to the outside sidewall of the tank. We then install the swivel brass jets on the inside sidewall of the tank. Equipment Pumps Specifications: •Heavy Duty Centrifugal Filtration Pump is 220V, 1HP, Extended Life, Seal Less, Stainless Heads, 3400 RPM Motor, 1" Inlet x 1" Outlet. •The Agitator Pump is a Submersible Pump that circulates the water inside the tank in order to keep consistency in the temperature and solvent content of the water.
