The Hypercom P1300 PIN pad is an affordable alternative that allows you to start accepting debit cards.  The Hypercom® P1300 PCI-approved PIN entry device is designed to meet the PCI-PED security standards for PIN entry. The Hypercom P1300 is compatible with all Hypercom product families and features flexible communications options for rapid integration with electronic cash register (ECR) systems. For security purposes, all pin-pads need to be encrypted.  Note on PINpads: The PINpads we offer are not encrypted and can be used with any processor. However, your processor must encrypt them before they can be used. Turn off your credit card terminal first before you plug in the Pinpad.
