Item Details Hypertherm® Powermax1650® G3 Series™ Plasma machine with cutting capacity up to 3/4" has 3 phase 200/600 V at 50/60 Hz input and delivers 300 V and 16 kW output that provides ample power for cutting heavy metals cleanly and quickly. Plasma machine with new Boost Conditioner™ circuit to compensate for input voltage variation features Auto-voltage™ input sensing that provides automatic adjustment to ant input voltages from 200 - 600 V, 3 phase without rewiring. Machine measuring 16 4/5" X 26.4" X 25 4/5" features 550 scfh gas flow rating and 90 psig gas pressure rating. Plasma machine featuring advanced technologies in both power supply and torch has a state-of-the-art, microprocessor-driven architecture to ensure optimum system reliability. It has easy torch removal system that lets you easily switch between hand and machine torches, while providing a radical integrated approach to strain relief designed for durability. Machine with CNC/robotic interface for automated control and rapid change over to mechanized operation features an active, electronic pilot-arc controller for cutting expanded metal or grating. A new gouging setting allows for longer arc lengths and easier operation while digitally-controlled inverter design renders continuously adjustable constant current output from 30 - 100 A, producing high-quality cuts over a wide range of metal thicknesses. Machine with easy-to-ready controls has back-lit LED's that clearly convey all the information needed to monitor the system status including an easily readable and understandable air pressure gauge. Machine is IP23CS compliant to resist rain damage and complies with CSA/NRTL as well as CE certifications to meet the highest safety standards.
