This is a new unit. It was purchased by a local fire station but never used. Retail price new from the factory is $7,500 plus freight. Our price for this unit is $3,900. The freight is included in the price. The HPE4550-2-O-CL2 cylinder fill enclosure fills two cylinders at a time. This enclosure provides increased safety during the fill process, only operating when the door is closed and locked. The HPE4550-2-O-CL2 is designed to contain the destructive force of an accidental cylinder failure or hose rupture, while allowing the air blast to be vented away from the operator. The Class 2 Containment from HYPRES is NFPA 1901 compliant. A rupture test was performed by a third party certified licensed engineering testing facility. The rupture test followed NPFA recommended guidelines for a rupture test. Construction of Fill Station: Drawer contains 1/4 " steel plate on all four sides Front of drawer contains additional 1/4 " steel plate Outer cabinet contains 1/4 " steel plate on all four sides for 1/2 " steel protection on all four sides Zinc rich powder coat providing protection from extreme environmental exposure up to 2000 hours of exposure Standard Features: Safety Interlock System Manual 1/2 " thick door locking bar Teflon slides to protect cylinder from scuffing (1) Connection for storage cylinders (2) Oxygen clean fill hoses & fill adapter (2) Panel valves to control the fill process (2) Fill gauges to monitor the fill processSafety Feature Safety Interlock System prevents SCBA or SCUBA filling unless the front access door is completely closed and locked in place. All air control components are located inside the compartment. The carriage design "tilts" toward the operator whenever the door is opened. This facilitates loading and unloading cylinders and minimizes operator fatigue. Fabricated by an ISO 9002 Company, Laser Cut, Robot Welded and Zinc Powder-Coated. NFPA 1901-71, 23.9.1-4 CERTIFIED BY LICENSED ENGINEERING TESTING FACILITY.
