You are considering a Hytrol RB Series, Roller Bed Type Powered Belt Conveyor. This conveyor is used, but is in good overall condition. Shows normal wear, scratches etc. from use. There are a few dents and some minor surface rust on the frame. The rough-top style conveyor belting is in good condition. The previous owner was a local manufacturer that is going out of business. They had disassembled the conveyor for removal, so we have not seen the conveyor running while under load, but were told that it was working fine prior to the shutdown. We have hooked power to the drive unit here and it works fine. The belt is still threaded through the center drive, so re-assembly of the conveyor should be easy. The conveyor is broke down into a 10', a 11' and a 7' section. (28 feet overall length) Conveyor is being sold AS IS. Mfg By: Hytrol Conveyor Co, Inc. Jonesboro, AR (Made in USA) Model: 190-RB Serial No: 373373 Overall Length: 28' Overall Bed Width: 24" Between Frame Width: 21" Belt Width: 18" Center-drive type 1 HP, 230/460V 3 Phase Motor with motor control mounted to front of conveyor and safety disconnect mounted to back. (currently wired for 230V) Mounted on adjustable height legs. Height range is approximately 30 up to 36" overall height. We have been unable to find any data on the gearbox and we are uncertain of the speed of the conveyor. There is a "double" sprocket on the drive roller that can be flipped around to change the speed of the conveyor (see pictures). There is a cable type emergency stop system mounted on the conveyor, but it is not wired into the controls. The white box in the next to last picture contains the bolts for reassembling the conveyor.
