This industrial thermal label printer seems to be working very well other than one pesky problem that we don't have the time to diagnose. As you can see in the 3rd picture, the printer prints great, but we are having a hard time calibrating the sensor, and keep getting "top of form fault". If you know how to fix this, the printer is a bargain. We'll include the power cord and serial to USB cable with the printer.
