With an overall length of 24 feet and the capacity to handle 600+ BPM depending on bottle specifications, it is the perfect addition to any production line. Electrical specifications for the product include 240 Volt / 60 Hz / 3 phase. The rinser features D-style grippers and SS drip pans for maximum efficiency and ease of use. The rinser is capable of handling PET water bottle sizes such as 12 oz., 0.5 Liter, and 20 oz. with the help of product photo eye detection. The I&H SS Bottle Gripper Rinser is a high-quality inline low level bottle washer cleaner made of durable SS construction. Infeed and discharge conveyors are available for an additional cost. The Allen Bradley Power Flex VFAC speed controller ensures optimal performance while the guarding package ensures operator safety.
