This is a Zax Corporation ICD 178 In-Circuit Debugger. November 1985 is the manufacturer day according to sticker on bottom.  The ONLY thing thing I can tell about this device is that Powers-Up and Power and Monitor LEDs light up.This thing cost near 10K when it was used everywhere, today ?; I do not who may need/want it, but here is the chance for you if you have been looking for one of this. Note , this thing should be 12 to 15 pounds. So shipping will be accordingly, via PARCEL POST with the postal service.
