The machine works great but our cheese business has increased and we do not milk enough cows to continue both that and ice cream.  Containers are filled by placing one under the cone filler, tapping the foot pedal and then sending them down the line where the lid is automatically centered on them and they run under rollers to push the lid down.  It fills a 1/2 pint container about every second.  If you have 1/2 gallon containers, the adjuster for the filler is set higher so more ice cream comes out at once, or  you can just tap the peddle three times and not do any adjusting for size.  It weighs about 800 pounds and if  you need it shipped rather than FOB the farm, that will have to be over the selling price.
