This listing is for one NEW ICP 15 ton packaged rooftop air conditioning unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition, fully charged with refrigerant and ready to run. Electric heat can easily be added to this unit. See photo of label for a list of compatible heat strips. This unit is New Old Stock, manufactured in 2005 and in storage since. It has never been hooked up or run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The top of the unit is dented on two edges. « The coil has numerous rubbed spots. None of the tubes are pierced and it does not leak. « There are a few other minor dents and scratches on the cabinet. « This unit was stored outside for awhile so the paint is a little dull and there are a few minor spots of surface rust on the base. These issues should have no effect on the unit's performance. See photos for details.
