A heavy-duty centrifuge by IEC Damon. This is an EXd type combustion-resistant unit suitable for use with flammable materials or in hazardous atmospheres. This unit sits on the floor. The drum is 24 inches diameter. It has a 24 inch square base and is 38 inches tall. It is set up with a rotor that holds eight tubes of the 100 ml type shown here. We have six or eight tubes, some unused, plus a number of extra tube holders. We are the original owners of this unit, not re-sellers.  We used it in our petroleum refinery lab for BS&W analysis and more recently in our wastewater lab.  It was pretty clean before that and would look nice if re-painted or at least cleaned outside. Runs on 120V. Closing our business. We've been here since1935 and have thousands of items to sell.  Safes, fireproof file cabinets, flat files, drawing files, air compressors, heavy duty tools, electrical tools, office furniture and cabinets, lab equipment, pumps, motors, electrical enclosures, small refrigerators, whiteboards, commercial and industrial items.  Many are shown on Craigslist.  If you're in the Los Angeles area, come by and look around at what's here.  We're usually here from about 9 am til 9 pm weekdays. and sometimes Saturday.
