This machine was originally purchased with a machine tool, but due to its lack of compatibility with standardized processes, it was unused. We are a contract manufacturer of screw machine products in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in Swiss, CNC, and multi-spindle precision products machined from bar stock. For sale is an IEMCA SWISS CNC BOSS 545 bar feeder with a range of channels (26, 36, and 46) that were originally configured to match a Star Micronics SR-20 setup. This machine is in excellent condition despite previously being used and can effectively handle bar capacities of 3/16" to 1 3/4" for round bars and 0.19" to 1.41" for hexagonal bars. The magazine capacity for this machine is 11", with a maximum bar length of 12' and a remnant length of 15.7". The machine is quite heavy, weighing approximately 2,300 lbs, but operates on 230VAC, 3 phase, 60HZ. The three sets of channels that come with the machine (as shown in the pictures) are all LL style and include a pusher, full set of channels, and pre-pusher/telescoping nose setup. The first set is for a 46mm bar, the second set is for a 36mm bar, and the third set is for a 26mm bar. Note that buyers are responsible for all freight setup and charges, and a handling/rigging fee of $650 will be added to the final selling price. Local pickup is available at 50% of the handling fee.
