IKO 8 INCH MOUNTED LINEAR BEARINGS WAY LWHT 15 CNC You are bidding on a IKO Model LWHT 15 Slide on a 8 Inch Long Linear Way Rail. Rail dimensions are approximately 5/8" wide x .68" high and the slides measures 1 7/8" wide. Capillary Plate is attached inside of the end seals of slide unit or external cylinder of Linear Motion Rolling Guides in uniform contact with the raceways of track rail. Lubrication oil impregnated in the Capillary Plate is continuously fed to the raceways, when the slide unit or external cylinder travels along the track rail or spline shaft. Re-lubrication interval can be made longer, and maintenance and inspection time can be reduced. Linear Way L is a miniature type linear motion rolling guide, incorporating two rows of steel balls arranged in four-point contact with the raceways. Owning to its simple design, it provides stable accuracy and rigidity even in operations under fluctuating loads with changing direction and magnitude or complex loads. Linear Way L is widely used in such fields as medical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and liquid crystal related equipment, where its excellent performance has been proved.
