IMA Zanasi Z-5000 - Tooling for Powder and Pellets - Size 00 Capsule - Dosator. This is a well kept IMA Zanasi Encapsulator Capable of Handling up to 70,000 capsules an hour.  It is setup to do either pellets or powders.  We bought it from Sanofi-Adventis back in 2017 to make capsules.  We used it for two years and have mothballed it in favor of a Bosch Capsylon 705.   The Zanasi works.  Dosator technology allows you to adjust fill weights on the fly.  It has the ability to dose pellets as well as powders. Note - this machine is a 4000 lb Rolex watch.  Everything is tooled to exact specifications.  If you are not mechanically minded this is not the encapsulator for you.  If you like to tinker and have an appreciation for an amazing feat of engineering wonder then please go for it.  We have been keeping it around thinking we would make pellets but 4 years later we have not used it.  It's time to go to a better place. Complete tooling for size 00, partial tooling for 0.  We were able to get it to operate at 30K/hour capsules using powders.  Pellets will go a lot faster up to 70K/hour. All support documentation available as well as a lot of PM parts. You will need to arrange for shipping or pickup.  We do not have a loading dock but can use a forklift to get onto a truck bed.  The unit sits on a steel Pallet.  Minimum rigging required to secure to the pallet.
