This model is designed specifically for saute stations, with a raised platform to make pan handles an ease to grasp and toss. Works great as a raised warming station for small to medium pots, too. Beneath are two standard conventional ovens to assist with your general baking/prep needs, or as a "finisher" for specialty dishes.Recently serviced by our in-house technicians, in fine working order. Information plate is missing, and Imperial no longer mass-produces this model; no specific information available.
