Imperial Brass Pipe Bending Set Sells new for $1860 For the following sizes 1/4 inch pipe 3/4 inch radius 5/16 inch pipe 1 inch radius 3/8 inch pipe 1/4 inch radius 1/2 inch pipe 2 inch radius 5/16 inch pipe 2 1/2 inch radius 3/4 inch pipe 3 inch radius This item being sold "as is" All payments are to be made in United States dollars. Payment in full must be received prior to shipping. Prices do not include any federal, state or local taxes, which are in addition to the purchase price and must be paid by the Purchaser. Any and all foreign duties and taxes are the responsibility of Purchaser. Unless Purchaser furnishes Metric Services with a tax exemption certificate, any sales, use, excise, or other similar tax, where applicable, shall also be the responsibility of Purchaser and may, at the election of Metric Services, be added to the quoted purchase price and invoiced by Metric Services to Purchaser. The failure of Metric Services to invoice such taxes does not excuse the Purchaser from responsibility for paying necessary taxes. For items that are weighing less than 70 lbs. (USPS) to 75 lbs. (UPS) and are not considered to bulky to ship via USPS or UPS there will be no handling charge. If the item is bulky or over the stated weights there will be a shipping and handling charge. Some skidding and crating of machinery or equipment can be performed by Metric Services for an additional fee (Estimate - One 24 x 24 skid or smaller or less than 150 lbs, plastic wrap, and banding, 1 guy, up to 30 min. of labor - $50.00). All rigging, insurance and freight charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser unless agreed by Metric Services and Purchaser in writing. Smaller machinery or equipment will be sold with FOB terms with the Purchaser only being responsible for freight charges. A qualified rigger with liability insurance must perform all removal of machinery or equipment when terms are not FOB. Buyer must supply their own Bill Of Lading (BOL) and include quote #, The Seller (Metric Services) is not responsible for re-rates) No Purchaser will be allowed to load their own machinery or equipment unless proof of insurance is submitted prior and all other factory requirements are met. Loading dock hours are 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m. Monday-Friday. Unless specifically stated in writing by Metric Services, all freight carriers must use flat bed truck only. Some skidding and crating of machinery or equipment can be performed by Metric Services for an additional fee (Estimate - One 48 x 48 skid, plastic wrap, and banding, 2 guys up to 1 hour of labor - $100). Upon reasonable notice to Metric Services, Purchaser shall have the right to inspect the equipment prior to shipment. Purchaser agrees that its acceptance of the machinery or equipment tendered shall constitute an acknowledgement by Purchaser that such machinery or equipment satisfies any and all obligations by Metric Services. Purchaser may not revoke its acceptance for any reason whatsoever unless a return privilege has been provided in writing by Metric Services. With return privileges, Metric Services reserves the right to either repair the machinery or equipment at sellers expense or refund the Purchaser provided machinery or equipment is received in the same condition as shipped, freight prepaid by the Purchaser.
