The IR-4-SU-P model by Imperial is a commercial restaurant range that runs on propane. Imperial has been in the business of providing top-quality cooking equipment to the foodservice industry since 1957. Their commitment to excellence is evident in their investment in state-of-the-art technology and machinery to ensure consistent top-quality equipment. The standard oven interior accommodates standard 18" x 26" sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The oven controls are located on the side in cool zones, and the oven has heavy-duty thermostat settings ranging from 150ВєF to 500ВєF. The porcelainized side, rear, deck, and door lining ensure heat is optimally retained. Additionally, the unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow to provide even cooking temperatures, with the oven and 20" oven ranging from 27,000 to 35,000 BTU/hr. The IR-4-SU-P is AGA and CGA design certified, NSF and CE listed, and comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty. It's important to note that the range has a shipping weight of 465 lbs. (210) and dimensions of 24"w x 37 1/2"d x 40"h, with crated dimensions that are 2 The IR-4-SU-P model has an open burner cooktop that utilizes PyroCentric burner heads with two rings of flame for even cooking regardless of pan size. Each burner has a 28,000 BTU/hr output with a 7,000 BTU/hr low simmer feature. Furthermore, the cast iron burners are anti-clogging and removable for easy cleaning. The grates are in 12" x 12" sections to make it easy to lift off for cleaning, and an anti-clogging shield is designed in the grate to protect the pilot from grease and debris. The rear burners are elevated 4" higher than front burners to ensure easy and safe access. For those who prefer convection ovens, the IR-4-SU-P offers a convection oven with a 1/4 hp blower motor that cooks products faster and more evenly, with less shrinkage. The burner "ON" indicator light and one-hour manual timer add to its functionality. The exterior of the range is made of stainless steel with welded seams for a durable and long-lasting finish. Furthermore, control knobs are durable cast aluminum with a vylox heat protection grip.
