Imperial Design Chocolate High Output Molding Line (Shell molding & one shot capable) Built in 2010 for a major chocolate company, this line is in near perfect condition and can run up to 15 molds per minute, produce over 1000 lbs per hour. Heavy duty from and stainless steel encased, this chain driven line has been used for making chocolate bars, and peanut butter cups.  Comes complete with 2 Carle & Montanari T-1200 lb per hour continuous tempering machines built in 1995 but still working well. Replacement cost for this TURN KEY Chocolate Factory molding solution would be over $600,000. Equipment will be running until March 5, after which it will be placed in storage as we have new line being installed in its place. Reason selling is due to company consolidation into 2 factories and we have too many molding lines. This line can do both SHELL MOLDING 3 step depositing, as well as ONE SHOT.
