  This is a 2 1/2 oz. tube of the world-famous Imperial Vitaflux. This is the original vintage stuff for treating typemetal in the Monotype, Linotype, Elrod, or Ludlow. Reduces dross and vitalizes metal. Now this stuff is highly sought after by anyone pouring anything like bullets, sinkers, wheel weights, battery terminals, etc. from lead. Works much better than glycerin, parafin, sawdust and other backyard recipes. Genuine vintage stuff from an actual printer's typecasting foundry. Originally manufactured by Imperial Metal & Chemical Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. One 2 1/2 oz. tube will treat 2000 lbs of metal. Simply carve off smaller chunks for smaller batches. If you want quality castings, you will want this stuff.
