Failure to notify us or return a product within the warranty period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the unit. Therefore these are not covered under our warranty policy and will not be an acceptable reason for returning an item. Software issues are not covered under warranty coverage’s. Returns All returns must be authorized by Advanced Electronics Recycling prior to a return. You will need to contact us to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) Please note any item send back Non-Defective or unwanted items will incur a 20% restocking and relisting fee The customer if fully responsible for all return shipping costs on Non-defective or unwanted items. RMA number must be clearly placed on the outside of carton being returned. Please return unit 100% complete the same way you received it. RMA approval is dependent upon everything being returned in condition it was sent.
