2" Full-flow check valve by Drainage Industries.Photos of actual item - includes check valve, flexible fittings, hose clamps, all very good condition. I installed it to replace a leaking check valve, and it definitely stopped the leak, but while the outlet head was well within spec, it was hammering (the old one was too), so I changed it out for a spring-loaded model.  Was only installed for a couple months until I had a chance to order and install the replacement.
