This auction is for one Indramat DKS01.1-W030B-DL01-01-FW Digital AC Servo Compact Controller. This features: The first label is marked: DKS01.1-W030-DL01-01-FW, CE, K31/00 The second label is marked: Power Input 3 * AC 230V, 8A, (50..60) Hz, Power Output 3 * AC 325V, 14.1A, (0..350) Hz The third label is marked: Made in Germany, Indramat The fourth label is marked: FWA-DIAX02-DLA-03VRS-MS, 266449 K31/00 The fifth label is marked: System Configuration, DSK01.1-W030B-DL01-01-FW, DSK01.1-W030B-D U1 DLC 01 U2 DEA04.1 U3 Cover U4 Cover U5 DSM02.1-FW The physical slots are correctly populated with: Slot 1 = U1= Plug-in module marked DLC1.1, The Single-Axis Positioning Card upgrades the servo drive to perform standalone single-axis position control. This card can be programmed with up to 3000 program blocks. Each program block defines a sequence of movements, a specific condition of the inputs to be monitored, or the outputs to be set. Slot 2 = U2 = Plug-in module marked DEA 4.1, This plug-in card has fifteen inputs and sixteen outputs which the drive can use to exchange binary signals with a programmable controller. Slot 3 = U3= Plastic cover Slot 4 = U4= Plastic cover Slot 5 = U5= Plug-in module marked: FWC-DSM2.1-C11-02V03-MS Encoder Type = Digital Servo Feedback (DSF) Motor Type = MDD Rated Current = 30 Amps typical, 30 Amps Peak and 15 Amps Continuous (10 A with 1-PH power connection) PWM Frequency = 18 kHz Cooling Type = Warm Type (Heat dissipated inside the cabinet) Noise Emission at the motor = Reduced (with rated current 30A) This drive came in a lot of new spare parts. It has a few tiny, light cosmetic marks on the body/labels but it was a BRAND NEW, Never Mounted or Connected drive when sold to the first customer. They reported that it powers up but they couldn’t get it to work since it was trying to stay in Auto/Manual mode at the same time. I’m not sure if this operator error, or if the item is really defective, but we gave them the benefit of doubt. They mounted/connected it, so it now has cosmetic marks on the tops of the flanges and power terminals, but all the controls/connections are unharmed and it is still clean inside/out. It has been relisted at 1/2 price for Parts/Not Working. It does not include any of the snap-on terminals. For protection purposes, I will NOT combine this with anything else. This will be shipped Fedex Ground which includes tracking & $100 of insurance. The shipping costs listed are the best option within the Continental U.S. using USPS PRIORITY w/delivery confirmation or Fedex Ground. We combine shipping on multiple items if purchased within 7 days. After the remaining items have ended we will send you an invoice with the combined shipping total. However, for protection purposes some items cannot be combined. Likewise, some heavy items that fit in a USPS Flat Rate Box may no longer fit if multiple items are purchased so the shipping cost and method may change accordingly. We securely package all items and unless noted in the ad, double box any item in OEM packaging. You may notice that our prices are a couple dollars more than others but that is because we don’t ship PARCEL POST and we ship EVERYTHING in a box.
