To avoid delay in filling orders, purchasers without previous experience with Seller should remit immediate payment via PayPal. Customers may be subject to Illinois sales tax. AUCTIONS POLICY: Please remember your bid on the item is a contract. If you win the auction, you automatically enter into legally binding contract to purchase the item. If we are unable to establish contact with the buyer within 3 business days of the end of the auction, we reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder, or relist it. SHIPPING DETAILS: Domestic (Continental US) We ship most of our items within 24 hours, after payment has cleared. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the next business day. We use USPS services for most of residential deliveries, and FedEx Ground for most of business deliveries. We reserve the right to modify the shipping method to the most economical option. Please note that shipping fees are estimated and do not take into consideration insurance fees, oversize packages, and multiple items. If actual shipping fees will significantly differ from estimated fees, we will hold the order and contact you. We apologize in advance for this possible inconvenience. For RUSH orders requiring immediate shipping please send us a message, call, or e-mail for quote on shipping charges and transit times. We will not refund for refused or returned shipments. Freight (Only domestic) Items above 70lbs require custom shipping cartons for protection. Customers are responsible for additional freight charges. Please contact us for freight charges estimate. Shipping Damage If the shipment arrived damaged, please note it with the delivery courier/driver and contact us immediately. WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: All of our products have 14 days warranty/return period, beginning the date of delivery. If you received an item that is not as described (not working, DOA, etc.), or if you are not satisfied with the product please call or message us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue. For easy return inspection process we utilize labels and/or unique markings on all of our products. To qualify for return/refund product must be returned in purchased condition with all of the labels/markings intact. Buyer pays for return shipping fees, and is responsible for any loss and/or damage during return shipping. Therefore we strongly recommend to purchase shipping insurance when returning the product.
