AUCTIONS POLICY: Please remember your bid on the item is a contract. If you win the auction, you automatically enter into legally binding contract to purchase the item. SHIPPING DETAILS: Domestic (Continental US) We ship most of our items within 24 hours, after payment has cleared. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the next business day. We use USPS services for most of residential deliveries, and FedEx Ground for most of business deliveries. We reserve the right to modify the shipping method to the most economical option. Please note that shipping fees are estimated and do not take into consideration insurance fees, oversize packages, and multiple items. If actual shipping fees will significantly differ from estimated fees, we will hold the order and contact you. We apologize in advance for this possible inconvenience. Shipping Damage If the shipment arrived damaged, please note it with the delivery courier/driver and contact us immediately. WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: All of our products have 14 days warranty/return period, beginning the date of delivery. If you received an item that is not as described (not working, DOA, etc.), or if you are not satisfied with the product please call or message us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue. For easy return inspection process we utilize labels and/or unique markings on all of our products. To qualify for return/refund product must be returned in purchased condition with all of the labels/markings intact.
