Check out these heavy-duty pieces of hardware that came off of a factory cart from a historic local manufacturer! Solid large rubber wheels each measure approximately 10" in diameter and 28" in length including the connecting rod between the 2 wheels. Decorative and functional corner pieces each measure approximately 6" side to side, 4" front to back, and 5" top to bottom. The 2 long rods each measure approximately 30" from end to end and have a bolt on the end. Two smaller rubber wheels measure approximately 4 3/4" in diameter. The long pieces that hold them are joined together to measure approximately 6" side to side, 6" top to bottom with the wheel, and 28 1/2" in length. All pieces of hardware have authentic age; they have been used and bear traces of paint as well as the patina only time can bestow! As shown in photos, there are maker's marks on the corner pieces; the maker's marks on the corner pieces read, "THOMAS TRUCK AND CASTER COMPANY, KEOKUK, IA", an allusion to a local company! As shown in photo, one of the corner pieces has a broken corner.
