To Qualify for this Warranty The product must be purchased from an authorized Precision Pressure dealer and the warranty is for the original receipt purchaser and is fully transferable with receipt. Precision Pressure will act for a limited time period as a go between the end user and the manufacturer with no obligation on Precision Pressures behalf to service warranty. All Precision Pressure products identified as industrial use is intended for commercial use receive a 3 year parts and labour warranty. The purchase of product shall be free from defect in maternal and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period. Precision Pressure parts warranty covers parts shipping for the first 30 days of the warranty period. At the end of the 30 day period the customer shall be responsible for the shipping and handling costs from the Precision Pressure Warranty Centre. What Precision Pressure will Repair or Replace under Warranty Precision Pressure will repair or replace, at its option, any part that is proven it be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. Warranty repairs and replacements will be made without charge for parts. Anything replaced under warranty becomes the property of Precision Pressure. All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as a part of the original product and warranty of parts will expire coincident with the original product warranty. Exclusions to this Warranty This warranty does not extend to parts affected by accident and or collision, corrosion or rust, normal wear, fuel contamination, use in and application for which the product was not designed unauthorized service, or any other misuse, neglect, incorporation use of unsuitable attachments or parts. Unauthorized alteration or any cause other than defects in material or workmanship of the product will not be covered under warranty. Consumable parts, such as filters, belts, gaskets, packing, fuses, brushes, fuel injectors, nozzle valve, lubricant, protective zinc coat, thermostat and ignition plug, are not covered under this warranty. All expenses incurred in maintaining and replacing shall fall on the purchaser. Under this warranty, Precision Pressure does not have any obligation to bear any transportation of any Precision Pressure product to/from the Precision Pressure Warranty Centre.
