Brand new industrial lean pipe ergonomic multi-person mobile work station. This is perfect for manufacturing or assembly. This is designed with ergonomics, productivity and longevity in mind. It is ready to punch in and work 24/7 3 shifts a day. This is made of solid steel lean pipe with a durable resin coating. All of the shelves and work surfaces are a MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) material in 3/4" thick width. This material is stronger than particleboard and denser than plywood for great strength and durability. The middle work surface is covered with an HDPE veneer. The work station features 10 urethane caster swivel wheels each with a 220lb weight capacity. 5 are regular swivel and the other 5 are swivel with a locking brake. These are large 4" wheels with low rolling resistance. It can easily hold a balanced load over 1,500 lbs without trouble. Ideal in a manufacturing or assembly setting. If reliability and versatility are what you are after this is what you should buy. We feature this as an off-the-rack product. Custom products are much costlier and take a long time to make. The work surface is 151-11/16"(12' 7-11/16") in length, 35" in width, and a work surface height of 36-3/8" and 84-15/16"in height from the ground to the top of the work surface. The lower shelf is the same length by width dimensions as the center work surface. The upper shelf is 15" deep and goes end to end as well-- plenty of room for parts, supplies, tools, storage and in-process work. The top features a full-length embedded tool track with 2 tool rollers--this makes it easier for tools to be used without the weight of them being difficult on workers. Easily accommodates 3 workers side by side by size. The is a real workhorse and solidly built--tried and true. This comes in black with black hardware connectors but I do have some other pipe color options--- white, royal blue, light grey, yellow, red, orange.
