See the pictures and you will know better than I... I will say, that all critical pieces are here.  All the cup/shelves are present  I applied oil and it the device is operating SMOOTH  Measures: 23.5" Tall overall  16" Wheel Diameter  6"x9" Base  It looks great and stands up sturdily on its on AGAIN--- NO SHIPPING---  Local Pickup Only !
