This precision electro-mechanical timer operates on 115V, 60 Hz. When power is applied to the motor the timer moves towards zero.  When power is removed a spring mechanics returns the red pointer back to the reset point. The rest point can be set from 15 seconds to 5 minutes. In the photo it is set at 2Min. 15 seconds. When the timer goes to zero a micro switch is tripped. It has been tested and it works.
