Ingersoll Rand Riveting Hammers have feature great driving power yet at the same time are easy to hold because of their small amount of “kick-back”.  They are lighter in weight than their competition and are very well balanced.  Their valve design allows more foreign particles in the air supply to pass through the tool without damage or valve seizure.  Their handle design uses spring tension to always guarantee the handle remains tight.  These designs limit down time and interruptions to the work at hand. These hammers were manufactured in a complete range of sizes from 1” to 9” stroke and are adaptable to all classes and conditions of riveting. Attached are some specification sheets and photos of common riveting applications with these tools being used. Different size and types of Rivet Sets are available for these style tools.   Pneumatic Air Riveter Tool by Ingersoll Rand Model: 1R 8A Air Inlet: 3/8" Recommended Hose Size: 1/2" Recommended Air Pressure: 90 PSI This tool has been rebuilt by a professional air tool mechanic and comes with a 30 day warranty from the time you receive the tool. It comes with  a 5/8" Button & one 1 5/8" flush rivet set and 1 retainer clip! If you have any questions regarding these rivet sets or any other rivet sets please feel to ask.
