Notes: When power is applied the compressor turns on and runs. The top insulated pipe on the compressor gets cold and the bottom pipe gets warm/hot. We have no way of checking to see if the compressor is getting cold enough. The Dryer On LED is on and the High Evap Temperature LED is off. The fan does not come on. We are not sure if it is activated by temperature/pressure or should come on as soon as power is applied. No further testing was performed.
