About this item: [from the Manufacturer:} The Innovia Automatic Paper Towel Dispenser dispenses towels in perforated increments. Any excess towels are automatically retracted. Hands-free operation makes it unnecessary to touch the roll of paper towels, reducing the risk of cross contamination. Rolls are easily placed within the dispenser, requiring no disassembly or spooling rod. Any standard household paper towel roll up to 6.5-inch diameter can be used. Powered by 4-D batteries or the included AC power adapter. Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e. buyer claims item does not power on, but when inspected upon return the item works). Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label. Items with defaced manufacturer's packaging (i.e. writing or placing shipping labels or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging instead of using an outer shipping box on returns). Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Any product that exhibits physical damage, tampering, customization, or alteration in any way. Items that are still covered under Manufacturer's Warranty. If you are having an issue with an item that is covered under a Manufacturer's Warranty, you must contact the respective manufacturer for assistance after purchase. If you have not received an item after your anticipated arrival date -OR- your item shows as delivered and you have not yet received it, kindly private message us and we'll be happy to investigate the matter further and reach an amicable solution.
