Height: 23" (584 mm) Length: 14" (355.6 mm) Width: 11-1/2" (292 mm) An Economical Machine for Insulating Glass Fabrication Dispenses CRL520LB Hot Melt Butyl Motor Develops 100 Inch-Pounds of TorqueOperates on 110 Volts AC The CRL Hot Melt Butyl Gunning System is compact and versatile. Its unique pumping action eliminates entrapped air in the sealant. The pump has a 10 pound (4.53 kilogram) tank capacity with a temperature range from 100?F to 425?F. CRL Hot Melt Butyl can be added while gunning. An Eight-Foot Flexible Hose with variable 350? to 450?F temperature control is coupled with a lightweight, heated, hand gun which features a swivel and trigger lock action. The SS96 does not use compressed air, and operates quietly. The mechanical and electrical systems contain few moving parts, resulting in less down time and low maintenance operation.Nozzles not included.Important NotesRead the owner's manual and all manufacturer's warnings before using this machine. The material that is dispensed from this unit can be in excess of 400F and can easily cause burns to the skin and eyes. Failure to take these precautions can result in operator injury.
