This listing is for (1) Intek Extreme Steamer – Model # XS 208-6-1 Unit is very good condition, it appears to be a working unit, we were told it was working when we received it, It does power up and seems to be A OK Here are some further specs: Convection Steamer, Intek, electric, countertop. Great for steaming a variety of foods while retaining the necessary nutrients. This convection steamer holds (6) 12" x 20" pans. It comes with an external heating element and a fan in the cooking chamber for circulating hot air onto the food products. There is no water or drain line required for this convection steamer. It is constructed entirely of stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. Power 208v / 60 / 1 Phase, 14.0kW. Features: 14 gauge reinforced stainless steel cavity Insulated cavity and double door panel Heavy refrigeration style door handle with magnetic latch Stainless steel wire racks positioned to support (6) 2.5” deep 12" x 20" hotel pans Inverted flow convection fan in cooking chamber NSF approved holding cabinet Heating element external to compartment and not exposed to water 3 gallon capacity water reservoir Dimensions: W 23.75 in. x D 29 in. x H 30.25 in.
