All our hardware is tested and refurbished in our purpose built West Sussex warehouse. Telephones have both curly and line cords removed and replaced. The replacement cords we use are 3 meters in length when fully extended and 50cm when coiled. These are the same cords we sell in our cordage listing. The phones are sanitised and cleaned to look as new as possible. New papers and plastic covers are then added. The phones are then passed through to quality control to make sure our standards are maintained. We test the phones again before individually shrink wrapping and boxing. *Please note: The majority of phones we sell will NOT work on a standard PSTN (analog/home) line. If you are unsure of your line type and what you require please call us before you purchase*. Cards and Control units are electronically tested and when possible firmware is upgraded to the latest version. These then come delivered in anti-static bags. For several years we have tweaked our process to obtain as close to perfection as humanly possible. This has helped us grow rapidly in to a market leader in the refurbished telecoms market. The photos contained on this site are indicative of the refurbishment process. Our phones are graded as follows: NEW: Brand New A Grade: Very good condition- Refurbished. B Grade: Good working order with some marks or discoloration. Refurbished. Used: Fully tested and working- these phones have NOT been cleaned or refurbished. Headsets: Cleaned, sanitised, we replace ear pads, mic covers and batteries are checked and replaced if necessary. Unless stated we do not include power supplies with any of our phones. This is because most phones now support POE (Power Over Ethernet). We specialise in Complete Business Telephone Systems and Hosted IP Telephone Systems. The majority of phones we sell will not work on a standard PSTN line. If you are unsure of your line type please call us before you purchase.
