Intermetro's C5 1 Series provides economical non-insulated cabinets for heating, holding and proofing. This 25 1/8" Full-Height Heating/Proofing Cabinet (C519-CFC-4) has three modules; one for heated holding applications, one for proofing applications and a third for combination mode. Whatever the module in use is, it will provide a fast heat-up as well as recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced air heating system. This full-height cabinet comes with fixed wire slides that hold 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" steam table pans. Reliability and durability are designed into every C5 cabinet from Intermetro so that you can feel confident in the kitchen. Because the C519-CFC-4 prioritizes heat generation over humidity generation, food will stay at the desired temperature, enhancing food safety. You'll save energy, too. The C519-CFC-4 features a clear polycarbonate door, so you can see what's inside without opening the door, reducing heat loss.
