ITU arm for internal wafer transfer robot used on Opal 7830, Opal 7830i, Opal 7830Si, and AMAT SemVision Cx tools. There are two arms available. Listed price is for one item. This item was carefully disassembled from decommissioned SemVison Cx DR-SEM equipment removed from the semiconductor facility which was fully operational at the time of decommission. However after the dis-assembly item was not tested in any way, and therefore sold "as-is", no warranties expressed or implied. This item is not returnable. Item appears to be in very good cosmetic condition with very minor signs of wear due to normal operation. Sealing surfaces of flanges appear to be smooth and clean, without any scratches visible to the naked eye. Please ask all questions before biding: all sales are final, all unpaid items are reported. Payment only by Pay-Pal and shipping only to PayPal-verified address, no exceptions for any reason. Shipping within USA is USPS or FedEx Ground with full insurance.
