I have been signed up with Ebay since October 1, 2001, but have been selling merchandise at shows and through the mail since 1996. I am also a collector myself, and can appreciate what it is like to be on the buying end. Bid with confidence, I am Paypal verified and confirmed. My hope is you, the buyer, will return the favor. POSTAGE-U.S. BIDDERS: I have used the U.S. Postal Service exclusively through the years. I only ship by US Postal Service. Our Government offers a great service at a very good rate. I have consistently found them to be the cheapest. At your request, I can offer you different choices of delivery speed and cost. However, unless you are in a hurry, parcel post is consistently cheapest. To date, I have not had a complaint using parcel post and request this myself when I buy from others. Whenever possible, US mailings will have delivery confirmation tracking. Postal insurance is at buyer’s option. If you choose to insure the item, I am not responsible for your loss should the US Postal Service not honor your loss claim. I am only acting as your agent in obtaining the insurance for you. Similarly, I am not responsible for non-delivery or damage to non-insured mailings. All items will be packaged securely. You can combine auction lots to save on postage. My goal is not to make money on postage, but to cover actual postage plus the cost of shipping supplies. US shipping covers mailing to our 50 states only. Any mailing to US territories or possessions falls under my foreign postage fee structure. POSTAGE-FOREIGN BIDDERS - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BID: I WILL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, BUT POSTAGE (VIA U.S. POSTAL SERVICE) WILL BE MUCH HIGHER THAN THE U.S. RATE POSTED ABOVE. RETURN POLICY: I normally allow a 7 day return period if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Item returned must be the same item shipped to you AND must be returned in like condition as was sent out. Refund policy does not apply to items picked up in person! Persons trying to return a different item than was sent out will be reported to Ebay! Amount of refund will be actual selling price. No postage will be refunded unless the refund request is due to my error. Kindly email your intent to return an item. Pick up and Delivery.Items to be picked up must be paid for at auctions end. As a fellow collector, i will go out of my way to accommodate a pickup. Please arrive at the agreed upon date and time as I have a very hectic work schedule. Picking up of item must be completed by time specified in auction or by an agreement with me. If item is not picked up in the time specified in auction or agreed to, money will be forfeited. You may make a request for refund up to three months past pickup date. Money will only be refunded once item has been listed and resold. Refund will be made from that sale. If item resells for less you will only get that amount. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make sure to follow through with your intentions.
