"Damaged from high voltage spike. Initially the DLA was completely dead. No usb enumeration. Replaced usb fifo chip and found strange usb errors. Inspected the repair and found liffted traces. What can I say: The device was fried and I had little hope of repairing it so I did not take my time. Replaced the usb fifo again. This time usb would enumerate but not as a logic port but as the usb fifo. Discovered the serial eeprom was damage. Replaced the serial eeprom and reloaded device specific data on to eeprom. Device identified as logic port but the software failed to configure the device. Either there is a trace problem or the fpga needs replaced." That comes from the user of the device. What you see is what you get.  Being sold as is. Please make sure it is what you need before buying, as I DO NOT accept returns. Thanks for looking!
